IP Pin Issues

I had not received a new IP Pin and when I tried to file with the 2018 PIN the return was rejected. The software was not very helpful in how I should get a new PIN from the IRS. Also it was hard to find the screen I needed to use to enter the new pin once I got one. Otherwise the software is very helpful in guiding one through the process of completing the necessary forms.

This is a great Program

This software makes it possible for me to do my own taxes and feel like they are prepared correctly. On top of that the end product looks like I went to professional preparer. I have used this software for years and that just makes it so much easier because it fills in so much of the data automatically from last years data.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

THE PDF SOFTWARE WOULD NOT PROPERLY INSTALL. COULD NOT PRINT A PDF. THIS WORKED FINE IN 2017 BUT NO WAY NOW.

I have used H&R Block's software for about 10 years. It turns out to have features not even mentioned, such as being able to file an amended return. This was the first year I had any problem at all with it, and that was some sort of glitch about needing a "copy number" for a 1099-misc.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Even if you itemize this program is easy to use and covers all the topics. This program allows you to keep all of your records in one place and not have to have someone ask you questions and possibly keep your sensitive information. I have been using this basic program for close to 10 years with only positive things to report
