Your product was not compatible with windows. Very frustrating. I had reinstall 3 times in order to submit it. Once you exit from the software an error message noting your software is not compatible with windows.

IP Pin Issues

I had not received a new IP Pin and when I tried to file with the 2018 PIN the return was rejected. The software was not very helpful in how I should get a new PIN from the IRS. Also it was hard to find the screen I needed to use to enter the new pin once I got one. Otherwise the software is very helpful in guiding one through the process of completing the necessary forms.
