I love this product! I’ve used it for years and always find the product easy to use and have never had a problem with any of my returns!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

easy to use & thorough in the process

i have used h & r block in the past. this version is better & easier to understand and very comprehensive in the questions needed to perform a proper tax preparation. having used other software as well (turbo-tax), h & r block is easier to use, operates at a higher level, & is more competitively priced than other products.

IRS rejected efile due to nonmatching 2018 AGI

I have used HR Block software for several years with no trouble efiling. This year is the exception. When I went to check accuracy of 2018 AGI it was in fact correct. So I have efiled a second time with same information. So far no response on second efile. Tried to contact IRS by phone but not currently available.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The program is not what it use to be, some features have been taken out I have bought this program for years and years. I had to pay this year and was going to be charged if I payed by credit card (sent check instead)
