I always use H&R Block to prepare my taxes, it's great.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Very happy with product. Been using for about 15 yrs. Never a problem, easy to use and well worth the price. Only 30 min out of your day.

A Pain to Use

When ever I asked for help it offered help with tax questions, but not help in using the program. For example, I wanted to change payment dates, but I had to run through the entire program to find where to do that. I could not find the answer in the help section

Been using for years. Use H&R Block for Federal. Complete MO taxes on PDF file furnished by State. Would be nice if I could attach PDF to HRB and file both electronically. Would not mind paying a reasonable fee for this.
