Generally pretty good, however, this is the first year I've had to take RMD and the program was far from ideal.
Cons: Hard to prepare

Four vehicles?

Your product is good, but apparently has its glitches. I was in the process of e-filing for -880, when your software said there was a glitch in the worksheet regarding vehicle mileage. I went there,and discovered 4 copies. 3 were identical, but when I erased the 2 erroneous ones, my debt increased by $276! So you see, your glitch gave me false hope that I owed less than I did.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

I've used for years and am satisfied. I think it's the best value tax prep package available. Not sure why 'deluxe' package is offered; our taxes are moderately complex and 'basic' package handles well.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
