This is easy to use and very accurate results. I have used this program now for several years. Last update included the add your bank info for the stimulus check from the federal government. The electronic filing was easy to use and make a copy for your files.
It was a great program for a beginner like me. It directed me step by step. I just needed my 2019 paperwork along with 2018 tax return and identification.
Having used H&R Block in past years, I found this year's less helpful and easy to use. Was baffled as to why. For example, the roll over of last year's data into this year's form was a challenge. I even had to re-enter every charitable donation, entry by entry.
I had to replace my old computer because Windows 7 support ended. I saved my previous returns from 2011 through 2018 on my old computer. I also kept a hard copy of each, but wanted to have a soft copy. The program would not allow me to back them up on a flash drive. When I went into my old computer to retrieve my old returns, they were all deleted. These were not deleted by me, or my wife, the only people to use that computer.

There is one major problem, when importing Stocks/funds from my financial group, it has about 200 entries. Every time I CONFIRM entry, I go back to my list but it starts back at the beginning rather than going to the last entry I confirmed. This makes it much more time-consuming to confirm each entry by paging through again to find the next one. Should be an easy software change.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
