Data transfer by H&R Block Basic 2019 Software

I used H&R Block Basic 2019 Software for filing my federal income taxes. The H&R Block would not accept the Package ID numbers and the Document ID numbers. If the software would have accepted these ID's it would automatically move the numbers necessary to file my taxes. I had the same problem with the 2018 H&R Block Software that I downloaded. I'd like to know what the software did wrong and/or I may have done wrong. I was pleased with most everything else about the software.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
