I really liked learning how to do my own taxes. However, I could not see my finished federal and state taxes. The software kept taking me to an unfinished federal tax return. I already completed both federal and state returns. I know what I am receiving in refunds and waiting on state status. How do I get to see my completed forms for my records from your software.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

I have been using for about 20 years. Good basic features. Import W2 seems to never work. Going back once past the final review doesn't work. It tells you to fix things that you cant change. Not much help included, had to search the web a lot for advice.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I wasn’t sure I could do this myself but my return is just the short one so I figured I would give it a try. The program is very user friendly and I had no trouble until the very end. The program kept asking for a Tax ID number and I kept looking for the wrong one! When I realized that was the problem, I was able to provide the number and wahlah, my return was finished. I will definitely be using this program again in the future. Because this was my first time using this program, I did not have any documents to import, it was easy to just type in the information.

I have used this product for over 7 years. The ease and clarity is outstanding. The software imports all previous years data (which save time ) and free e-filing with the accuracy check gives me peace of mind. I use to rush to the post office before midnight on April 15th, but now from the comfort of my home I have all the forms needed. Lastly, my tax situation is rather simple and this product is all I need with the best price of any tax software.

Highlight missing/error items

Good software program for preparing tax return. However, when we got to the review at the end, it noted that there were errors, but they were not highlighted and we had to search each line of the return to figure out what the issue was-the date for our signatures!!
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!
