Software is great but don't get into trouble with IRS Because getting help from HR is impossible. IRS rejected my return still trying to figure out why. Bought the CHAT WITH A PRO and when I select it I get cannot connect. Cannot get a hold of anyone from HR.

HR Block basic is my go-to every year. The software makes filing my taxes a breeze! I am a homeowner with a regular full time job and an aspiring entrepreneur trying to set up my own business and I have had 100% satisfaction with the guidance provided by HR block basic for filing my taxes. I especially love the fact that there tips and help buttons available each step of the way. I am also thrilled that the software is designed to be interactive in offering advice almost as if you are conversing with a person. For example, it will obtain necessary information for itemized deductions and compare it with the standard deduction and let you know which option favors you best. Plus of course, 5 free e-files!!! All this for a really affordable price. You cannot beat that!
