Everything seemed good and I sent it in. Checked back to check on status and when to expect refund and was told it hadn't been sent in. Apparently my id code wasn't included when it should have been (I thought I included it). I completed it and resubmitted it and if apparently went in. Probably was my fault but thought I should mention this since this was the first time this happened after using this since my previous software company was bought out by H&R.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

2025 taxes were done and refunded fast but something is amiss with 2024 which still is being held up. Apparently the IRS didn't like something that your software didn't catch. I can't even find out why they are holding it up

Good federal package. Worked well for two returns with different degrees of complexity. I wish the state add-on was a cost effective option. But it isn't.

Worked ok, I've bought it for a few years now. Each year it gets less and less, regular person, user friendly. They now build the software more for tax preparers and not regular payers. I will need to start looking for other options.
