Made my life easier!

I've used TaxCut for years, and all my files were on a desktop computer running Win7. When I went to E-file (for the first time), the program said I had to do an update. But Win7 wouldn't launch the *.exe file, for saying it wasn't a valid 32-bit program, which it probably wasn't, for being 64-bit.
However, I was able to re-install TaxCut 2019 on my laptop (running Win 10) and then open a saved copy for the return I had completed. Then E-filing was just a matter of adjusting the payment date and clicking 'Send'. Within minutes, HRBlock said my return had been accepted.
Whew! Grief avoided. Taxes filed. Very happy.

I am still trying to print my state return to mail. I can't even see it. Wants to print 14 pages and I can't even see the actual pages. Tried calling for support. On hold for 2 hours. Had to hang up. Virtual assistant useless.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yes I would recommend it and I have. My pet peeve are the near invisible data fonts on the tax forms. I have unsuccessfully tried for years through my printer options to darken. I have been tempted for awhile to switch to TurboTax to get a more readable tax form.
