Can't do my taxes without it!

This is my tenth year of using H&R Block software to prepare my taxes. It walks me through each form with ease, including sale of stock shares and an IRA rollover, all included in the Basic edition. I've never been questioned by the IRS because there are built in accuracy reviews. It's a necessity for our tax situation.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

The software itself is very useful and cheap, but I personally didn't like the fact that various prices were added along the way (like to file also State taxes, and to use e-filing). It would have been better to know about these surcharges ahead of time. Nonetheless, I am happy with the service and the e-filing went well and we soon received confirmation of the acceptance of the tax return!

Very easy to use and makes preparing my taxes less stressful. It has in depth coverage of all the areas that concern my taxes. It is also very cost effective for me. And, I know that if I have issues I can contact H&R with questions.

The view of the screen did not always fit into the window. Past years were easier to read and follow.

I want a refund. I'll print out the tax forms from the federal and state revenue offices and mail them in myself. Did I mention that you suck?
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
