I'm 75 and NOT your 10-year-old Nerd IQ guy! I had downloaded the wrong program and called your "Help" department. They connected me to a sweet, knowledgeable lady named "Taylor" in FL. She fixed the problem immediately. She was extremely nice, helpful and patient. I recommend she be given a raise!

one flaw, the software should automatically save each time you change pages. no, on second thought, it should automatically save every five minutes, so if something goes wrong you never lose more than 5 minutes work.

Overall the software is pretty good. I give it only 2 stars because you refuse to provide a version that will work on the Linux operating system. So once a year I have to dredge up my awful Win10 system just to do taxes. Please expand your horizons and get with Linux.

Loved my Basic Software

This was a very straight forward and easy program to use. Doing taxes was a breeze and will be even quicker next year since it will transmit all my personal information into the file for next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
