Great return but didn't save

Used this for 2019 and tried saving didn't save now can't access.

Worst experience of my life, I did a better job filing by myself. At least when I did it myself I my refund was actually completed. IRS website says my tax return for 2019 is still in the accepted phase. Been like that for over 6 months. Waste of money, I would have been better off filing myself. Made it impossible to get the pandemic relief check as well, might not get it at all. Worst purchase I've made in years.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Filed online 4/09/20 so where’s my refund?

I received msg that IRS accepted my Federal return but when I contact IRS auger “is being processed with no updates! I got msg that IRS a accepted my filing on 4/16/29, and IRS confirmed process accepted return 4/20/20. I get no updates when checking the software program either.

I found it confusing. I even paid extra for an update that included the ability to ask a tax question. It took my money then would not install. I wasted money

It removes a lot of the tedium of dealing with the basic W-2 etc stuff and makes smooth deciphering the rules for 1099s. The IRS accepted my return in jig time.
