I just used your program and I’m glad I did. It was very clear as I put in the numbers etc.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I bought this for a replacement for TAX ACT. It is superior to it. Is easy to use and not confusing to a sienor. The only thing H&R could improve is being able lto install on my Chromebook.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

There is a glitch that doesn't let me do e-filing!

I have not been able to do e-filing this year or last year because of a little glitch in the program that I don't know how to correct. I think I should get my program download fee returned to me. I had to print out the return and hand mail it. Considering I am not getting any money back anyway this is an added inconvenience for me.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Downloaded from the internet, easy to install and use. Pulled most information from last years return. Done in 30 minutes for both federal and state. Electronically filed.
