So far no stimulus check from the feds. possibly due to my adjusted gross income (line 11) reading -198! Whether this is due to an error on my part or a glitch in Block's program I don't know. However when I finished my taxes, the program said everything was okay.

Easy to download and install. Software updates periodically available. Structured interview is easy to follow. Lots of tax forms available covering most simple situations e-file is easy. Good value for price.
Pros: Easy to prepare

We have used H&R Block for many years. It is easy to transfer data from the prior year and then add current year data. The e-filing of the return is quick and easy. We had to wait until March 18 for a form to be updated this year. It was there on that date. We completed the return that day and filed it efile that day. Our refund was in the bank a week later.

I have been using H&R Block Basic for about 10 years. I have found this product to be consistently easy to use and of high quality. I have never encountered a problem after filing a return which I normally do online. Perhaps others may require their more sophisticated versions but this one fulfills all of my filing requirements.
