I had some difficulty in preparing my taxes. I couldn’t enter my bank account number on the template. I had to go back into the “forms” section to enter the account number. However, after figuring this out, the filing went smoothly and I received my refund. I will consider using the program next year.

Downloading last yrs return info was made more difficult from prior years, which required retyping in all standard personal info. Otherwise doing actual return was not complicated.

The software is pretty good. Only problem I had was importing data from a financial institution. Kept coming up with error codes. After awhile, a new update came out that seemed to resolve the problem.
