I have used this software for several years. Generally, it does the job with no errors. Some of it is cumbersome, but all in all, a good package.
But not customer service. I tried to use it for the first time this year. Held for 30 minutes. Tried to explain the problem to a dunce. Got a promise for a supervisor to call back. Never happened.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to import documents

I've used H&R Block (and its predecessor TaxCut) for over twenty years and love it! The program has been amazingly easy to use, despite the complexity of my returns (self-employment income from multiple Schedule C businesses, capital gains & losses, real estate transactions, etc.). Thanks to this software, I've been able to do my own taxes, saving several thousand dollars.
