Easy to use. directions are excellent. Only thing I don't like are the "cautions" at review. If I've followed the prompts than all items should be according to the latest IRS codes. But I've been using this software for many years and it always meets my needs. My return is submitted for free and the IRS has never rejected it. I'll buy it again next year.

I have used H&R block home tax programs for at least 20 years. This year making the user download program and requiring a higher windows platform restricted many users. Also the layout is more complicated and harder for less computer literate users to use. You are going to lose many older customers.
