I'm generally very satisfied with the product. However, after I downloaded the file, I was unable to install the software on my computer. I checked the box and saw that the software was not compatible with Windows OS's before Windows 8.1, whereas I have Vista. I had to use someone else's computer (a Mac, which I'm not totally comfortable with) to do my taxes. Would it be that hard to maintain compatibility with older versions of Windows? I know software and computer manufacturers are constantly obsoleting systems in order to sell newer product, but it gets tiresome after a while.
