I’ve been using this for years. Easy to use, understand and complete. My only negative is Block has no way to continue your account. I have new computer and had to start from scratch, unable to carry anything over. The help line was unable to help and probably knew less than I did.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

HRB works well, reasonable navigation, smart downloads of data, but really I switched to it from turbotax due to Intuit's continual FU procing changes to screw over loyal customers.

For the last 30 years I had been using Turbo Tax and have had little to no problem. This year I wet to H&R and had nothing but problems. Even though I fillen out all the questions properly it still kept telling me I did not have to pay any taxes. As I am smarter than that I used H&R support to findout why, I was told that if the software said so then that is what I should do and if I though it was wrong to contact the IRS. As I did not want to be charged with filing a false report I contacted the IRS and they verified that I did have to pay taxes. Know comes the problem of trying to get H&R software to file my taxes correctly. Don't ask me how I did it but I did manage to get them sent in and I do hope the software didn't change it as that will be quite costley. In short, support was no help and she stated she was not a tax expert, 2 the software is noware near a easy to use as Turbo Tax and Turbotax has never tried to lead me down the dark road. No, I would not recommend H&R!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I used to be on TurboTax for awhile but then my father started using this and i thought it would be a while new system of doing things and take longer when it was my turn to do my taxes but it was very easy to use and had everything i needed to do. also it looked very nice and had a good flow in the app!
