Finding the current file for correction & Billing

The issues I found when using the software.
1: Until I fully learn the program, I still struggled finding the current tax year file documents so I could make corrections in the data I entered so I could email to the IRS.
2: I had to fill out my personal information for Billing, re-entering Credit Card at 3 different times. I found it a bit aggravating since it made it look like I was being charged each time. I'll have to check my statement when it arrives to make sure I was only charged the one time...

3 times just to get in. Each took over a half hour.
4th time CUT OFF, I think on purpose.
5th time they said not supported call IRS.
