Good software, easy to understand, but difficult to read text in some areas. Whoever thought pale green text on a white background was easy to read needs a few lessons in contrast and legibility. Please add an option for the user to toggle to all black text.

The entire process is confusing. If you fail to enter some information, the software will not let you proceed, but it does not tell you why. There is no menu driven information, it does not tell you EXACTLY what you should do, or where you get the information. Frankly, next year I will just do it by hand, it is easier. Thje one good think I can say is that I used your competitors software last year, and it was even more confusing and less helpful than yours. Like I said, next year I am doing it by hand.
