If you don’t read right you will have to pay more for your state so don’t buy the basic pack it is not recommended

The only problem I had with the software this year (which I have been using for over ten years) was the lack of CDs. I had to pay extra to have one mailed to me which came after my taxes were already submitted. We don't all care to download our programs.

It got the job done, but there was little to no information on how calculations were made, which made me pause throughout the process - especially since I had to file for two states.
Did not like the charges associated with states and e-filing. Way too expensive for a low (and I mean LOW) income level.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I've used your app for years. Now I can't submit my taxes through e-file and you won't tell me why. Plus now I can't file extension because your app says I've e-filed.
This is a very poor effort.
