Easy to use

I ordered this late 2021, I was ready to file mid January 2022, but the program wasn’t ready, there were update that didnt come out until 2/17/2022. Why so long to update your program. I have used your software for at least 7 years, because of this delay I may be done using Hrblock
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used the HR Block software for over 10yrs and have found it to be used friendly

I buy this every year. The process went well except for the IRS being behind the system with there updates…

I bought this in November when first offered so that I could fill it out a little at a time as the documents arrived. That way it was not a big deal to fill. The only hold up was the IRS coming up with the SS form so late.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
