Never, in all the years that I've utilized your product, have I had to wait for numerous updates before sending in my return. I got even more upset when a relative had theirs done at one of your office locations and they had no problem at all prior to the update I had to wait for. I have only my SS and Military Retirement so, there shouldn't have been any problems.

Makes Taxes Easy

I've done my taxes with the H&R Block software for 11 years and there's never been a problem after filing with the IRS.
Pros: Easy to prepare

On grip was I had to wait until Febuary 17th to get the final form for my Social Security. Once I got that things went smooth.

Easy and accurate

I've used H&R Block tax software for several years, which makes it easy to load previous year's data into the software for the current year. The explanations accompanying each section are in layman's English and easy to follow. I've never been questioned by the IRS and refunds come to my account even sooner than expected. I don't use the state add-on feature because the data on the federal return is easy to transfer into what I need for the state.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Have used their products for several years now. Easy to use and have had no problems until this year. To be honest, the only problem was the IRS being slow in getting forms out for publication.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
