Software clitch

I have been using this for over 10 years. Never a problem. This time when I pressed send. It sent it 24 times and counting. Had to delete the software, delete the return and take the computer off line to stop it from sending the return to the IRS. I am anticipating hate mail or an audit from the IRS. Thanks a bunch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Getting too many emails, 4 every hour

I was very happy with this product until I continued getting the 4 emails every couple hours. Emails state that fed & state forms have been submitted and accepted.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stop sending me emails

Love your product. However since I've submitted my return I have received about 25 email notices telling me it is submitted. Why? I mean every 30 minutes this happens.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Efile status emails every hour?

Great, had trouble understanding how to handle stimulus payments. Efiled And got email confirmations about federal and state status, but they are repeating every hour. Waiting for chat to try to get them to stop. Maybe filling this out will stop them?

In less than 24 hours I have 47 emails stating it’s submitted or it’s accepted on the same return

Good but...

Been using Block tax software for years. Never an issue. However, after submitting my federal return, I've received (and continue to receive) over 50(!) automated messages telling me that my return was successfully submitted and accepted. Not sure how to make this stop. Very annoying.

What I'm not happy about is the 22 emails I've received in 12 hours saying " you've submitted your return" 1 email would have been enough.
