It worked pretty well, needs better crypto support

Usually filing is pretty easy, but I had a few crypto sales this year that I needed to report. I did not find this straightforward. If there's not better support, I'll probably consider other software. I've used HR block for years and until now, it's suited my needs.
Return rejected by IRS for past two years since Adjusted AGI on return did not match IRS records. I had IRS send me theirs, it matched mine but still rejected. Also -HR Missed a capital gains schedule when imported from TD Ameritrade. My son uses another package and his was effortless. Switching.
My return has been rejected 2 years in a row with Rejection Code: FD-32-IND-032-04 "Your spouse's 2020 adjusted gross income (AGI) doesn't match IRS records." Ordered a transcript from IRS; it showed that we filed "Married Filing Joint". Refiled with AGI shown on transcript. Rejected. Filed showing "0" AGI. IRS accepted the return. My complaint is inaccurate and irrelevant instructions. Does not explain how this happens.
I bought this on March 22, 2022 and within an hour was inputting data to file my taxes. Prior to using the software I always do my own taxes by hand and use the program for submitting it electronically and also as a check on my calculations. It has some minor quirks but its still well worth the money compared to any of the high priced software. It works as well as software I have used in the past such as Intuit at 5 times or more the cost and which advertised support but never provided it or when talking with more than one almost non-English speaking person in the same foreign country gave instructions completely opposite from each other. As far as problems with this software it was limited to minor issues such as even though you entered data to begin your form, the check routine wouldn't always recognize all of it. Resolution was simply to edit the unrecognized data you clearly see on the form already re-enter it. In my case it happened 3 times. The only other issue was some confusion resulted from obvious mandatory updates. The program and updates would work correctly but the helps/instructions in at least one case stated the amount for standard deduction wrong for married filing jointly. But in the actual calculations it used the updated values. I know because it came up with the identical hand calculations I did which it wouldn't have had it used the data in the help screen. Believe me these problems were nothing compared with other software I have used and therefore I would recommend it as a solid value product. You have to consider the fact the IRS is updating stuff as often as every 3 days after thee give a go ahead to use the program that it would be a miracle to not have some issue. One point of interest is I never needed to import any documents and preferred to enter data myself so I can't comment on the import process.
If you take the standard deduction, you can also take a charity deduction of $300 on line 12 b. Software doesn't allow this. Thus no maximum deduction.
