A pain at the end

Everything was going well until the last when trying to efile. I was forced to accept multiple pages of attorney written documents. Page after page. Not happy with the newvending this year. And yes, I had to agree with terms and conditions to post thi review.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

green fonts and text too small

Using this software is tiring on the eys due to green fonts and text too small. Programmers need to put a settings at the start of the software to choose fonts one can see and turn the text to black. Also, to set brightness of the screen. I have double vision from using this software. Pop up windows also needs to have a close button at the bottom center in Red.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have used Block software for five years. That says it all. Only negative I ever experienced was this year when I asked a question....it took hours and hours to reach a human. This was the only question I ever needed answered. I don't want any more questions with this kind of wait. Need more question lines/answers, especially nearer file deadline.
