A problem

On my K-1, line 13, the code was W, but your message said that was not supported, It advised me to check K-1 instructions for how to report, and the instructions said it should be on Schedule E. When I tried to enter on the appropriate line on Schedule E, using the override, I was advised if I did override the return could not be efiled. As I owed no Federal tax, I opted to ignore, however I received $45 less refund on my Arizona property tax.

So - so product

Not as intuitive as it should be; online help is almost non-existent; this is the fourth time that I have used this and been unable to e-file my returns and there is no help from HR Block. this time it was a problem with Adj Gross Income even though I took the figures directly from previous years HR Block return (which I had to submit by mail. Three years before that it was something else that did not appear to be a problem when I MAILED the return to the IRS.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

High Hopes

Last year the IRS said we underpaid by a good amount. Had to pay extra. I have high hopes this year that the software does not make mistakes again. Fairly easy to follow still and I like the way it flows, but worry after last year.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Improvements to consider

I have used H&R Block Software for years and love it ... kind of. It was great when you could just open the software and begin entering data. Now you have to log on to the internet just to open the software, which is a royal pain when you live out in a rural area and use a hotspot for internet. Before I could open H&R Block and enter the data and when complete, then log on to the internet to file.
It would also be nice to be able to print a single page or group of pages without having to print the whole form set (e.g. I needed to reprint the first page of the 1040, but the software will only allow you to print the 1040 form with supporting documents, a total of 6 pages, wasting 5 sheets of paper.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Great Product!

I have been using this software for many years and I'm very happy with it. Would be better if I'm allowed to e-file. Since I have foreign income and obviously I couldn't provide the Payers' TIN for the foreign payers. Because of this I can't e-file. I have foreign accounts and assets and need to file form 8938. I need to do many copies. If I can eliminate the first page of each additional copies that will simplify things a lot and save some trees.
