I dont understand

I dont understand how the money I paid into Medicare and Social Security is counted as part of my income and is added to the gross adjusted income. Is something wrong with this software?
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Missing forms and can not print correctly

It did not have the form for the electric car charger and I could not get it to print correctly.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First time to try efile

Have used HRB tax SW for several years. Always mailed Cert Mail. This year USPS reports my Tax Pkg lost between SLC and Ogden. (track# 70190700000064503516) Thus this efile.
I would recommend this to a friend!

(1) The cover/instruction page reflects "mail-in", even when the reference return was submitted electronically?
(2) The ability to print the "Qualified Dividends and Capital Gains Tax" worksheet would be much appreciated. Please consider providing this functionality in future years.

Great tax program

Been using tax program for over 10 years. Great program, it has great prompts and won't let you file if any mistakes.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have a simple return so i purchased the least expensive software. i supplied the information requested. The software was satisfied and instructed me to file it. I hit the button. Now I'm told i never filed it.
