Fast and Easy

Easy to use and software alerted me to an error that caused my return to be rejected and was delaying my return. After an easy fix,my return was re-submitted and my return was accepted. Affordable, dependable service and best of the best in years of experience!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Simply an outstanding product

I've been using H & R Block tax software for many years, and I can't think of a more complete, intuitive and easy to use solution for navigating the maze of IRS rules and regulations. In my previous life, I prepared tax returns for individuals and small businesses and it was always a chore to go to the Post Office for forms and type the returns after all the calculations were performed. This latest version of Block software is simply the best!!!

I've been using H&R Block tax software (previously TaxCut) for over 15 years, and it gets better every year. Easy to use and have never had a problem with it.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

The balance of interview question, explanation, and access to underlying forms is the best. It's never failed to produce an accepted return. One thing for six stars. Entering the FUN (Cedar Fair) K1 still requires manual intervention and triggers error messages. I would ask to improve the entry for popular LPs such as ticker: FUN.

Basic Software falls short of need

I bought this software a few days ago thinking it would be sufficient as I am a retires octogenarian with basic pension income. I wasn't very far into the program when I discovered it was insufficient for what I thought was a simple return. I had a difficult time upgrading since I had already passed on the option to do so. I eventually had to remove and reinstall the product and then select a higher-grade product. From that time forward the program was very easy to use, PLUS I found out I was eligible for a $$$$ refund!!!
Pros: Maximizes refund

I did not choose to file with H &R but they processed my return without permission and it was rejected.

I tried to do the efile with the IRS 6 times and each time I was rejected.
I followed your instructions to make corrections and it did not work.
I printed my return and mailed it in today 4-13-22. Each time I sent the efile I was charge by your company's processing fee. This happened 6 times. I would appreciate a refund.
