This was on a Mac. The program would crash and shut down constantly. The only way I could use it was to save the file after each input. I have used H&R Block software the last 5 years and never had a problem before this.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I have been using H&R Block Basic Income Tax Software for several years. Every year, my taxes are done early and accurately because of the easy, step-by-step structure of the programs. Every year I've filed electronically. My returns have always been accepted quickly by the IRS, and my refunds have been flawlessly deposited into my chosen bank account. I plan to continue to use H&R Block as long as I am required to file an income tax return.
