Product is good. Had to wait fat oo long for update related to social security this year. The related regulations were published by the govt but had to wait to file until they were updated in the software

Software works well but it's difficult to send feedback on glitches I find, the result is every year there is the same problem. I live in Europe but file taxes in the USA.
