I've used h&R Blcok for years and have been happy with the software. However, this year I had a problem and required support to fix a problem that should have been corrected before release of the product.

IP PIN

The online program will not allow me to get back to the screen to enter my IP PIN. The IRS rejected my initial submitted return as I overlooked entering my IP PIN. I have spent over an hour trying to access the section needed to enter the PIN with no luck but a lot of frustration!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
