This is good software. It has saved me many many $ over the 20+ years I have used it. It is, however, rather difficult to understand what is needed and how to answer some of the questions. I am certain their comipetitors have the same problem. From trying one of their competitors a few years ago, I learned that no matter which of the two I buy, I am going to have the same problems. The only real difference is that H & R Block software is less costly to buy than the major competitor.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
