The software repeatedly told me the AGI from my previous tax return was incorrect which it was not and the irs rejected the return. I will never use hr block again

I have used H & R Block Tax Cut software for years. I have always found it to simplify the process. Paying taxes is always painful but the process doesn't have to be if you use this software. Highly recommend.

Two years in a row the software had errors in it. The first year after an upgrade to the software, some of the data was lost. I discovered the errors after I filed. I had to file an amended return to get the correct numbers in the forms. The latest year the forms did not account for all the Covid payments. The IRS review caught the error and sent a revised statement of taxes that I owed.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
