I am a former TurboTax customer who was left high and dry because they refused to support Windows 10 even though Microsoft gave me another year of support. I am happy to report that I switched to H&R Block Basic for my simple taxes. It was very easy to use. It even pulled my data from the TurboTax files so that I had little data to key in. Thank you so much for still supporting Windows 10.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years, but decided to use H & R this time. Never again. Much less "user friendly" than TT!!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I found it very difficult to use i guess for a first time user to do my taxes on my own. I am sure i will hear from the federal and state do redo them . But it was a experience .
