On many machines, including my own, the customer is required to make the admin account active, even if their personal account has admin rights in order to install or update the software. Many do not know how to do that. Other than that apparent miscalculation by the authors, all works well.
As a prior tax preparer for H&R Block, I was sure that their software would be fine for me once I retired. The system is not the same as that used in the office, but it is a good one & it is backed by them. I've used it for several years now with no problems & do not anticipate any in the future.
