Everything was good except I had one problem correcting my 2021 AGI number.
It let me correct my wife's, but not mine. I followed the direction to go to edit, but that failed.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Overall easy to get your taxes done, some bumps

The software is simple to install and use. The walkthrough / interview is effective in covering all the bases for most users. Last year I had a problem because it wouldn’t let me electronically file the form to claim tax credit for an ev charger installation – had to mail it in, it took months. This year I had to wait an extra 2 weeks to file because the social security worksheet was “not final.” Like I said, there are some bumps.
Pros: Easy to prepare

This crap crashed nearly a dozen times after I installed the most recent federal update. It crashed three times in a row just while I was trying to enter my driver's license information.
Then, when it came time to print my return for my records, it printed just the upper left corner of each page, making it unusable for any purpose. For the first time in at least 28 years, I don't even have a usable copy of my own federal tax return.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
