Very easy to use.

I got this and started to use it as soon as all my paperwork came in and found it to be the best yet. I’ve used this product for years but this years edition was better yet.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I need you to credit my master card back you charged me 3 times and I authorized just one. If you read this email I need someone to credit my master card back. ASAP

Tried 5 times to efile, but kept coming up with rejection code FD-31-FMT-8042-11325a6896959f20

It took minimal time to complete my return and once I had a valid activation code the e-filing process went smoothly.
The activation code that I was provided back
in November generated an error message. Though a new code was provided via the automated phone system, it was difficult to distinguish the letters that provided; was that an “s”or “f” etc? So thankful for live tech assistance! Once I had a new code, it took seconds to complete the e-filing portion.

Software Gltch?

Been using your product for years. Never had an eFile problem until this year. Reviewed material 3x and resubmitted….To no avail. Each time I was quickly advised the IRS rejected the submission. Resorted to paper filing.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
