NOT user friendly

We have been using H&R tax software for several years and have been pleased with it, until this year. They changed the format and it is now NOT user friendly. Took me nearly four hours to try and figure it out, called the HELP line and they couldn't help.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used H&R Block for years. Accurate, comprehensive, reasonable price. Accepted by the IRS in less than one hour. Very satisfied.

H&R Block Tax software has done my taxes for many years and always has the best most accurate way of doing the taxes combined with the east and simplicity I like! This year again, another super product.

I am converted from Turbo Tax because H&R has a superior product that has zero technical issues in install and filing. I recommend this to all.

Fairly priced and easy to use. Can move between forms or call up a form to view. Respond to the questions that the program provides and you can easily do you taxes. If you need to go back over some part of the interview, its easy to do that. I have used it for several years now and think that its the best software for people who want to do their own taxes. You get five free efiles with it so you can do four for friends or relatives and still file yours. I only use the federal portion because Florida has no State income tax.
