My son had to submit my tax return twice before it was accepted.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

After importing last years tax forms the agi was off. much harder to get through the health insurance part

Pull You in With Low Prices but.....

Pull you in with low prices but at the very end you have to pay even more money in order to actually file. They offer the software at a decent price but after all the work you put in you have to shell at even more money in order to actually file. One, I found the cost to be incredibly misleading, however, I found most tax companies to do that but this one to be the most egregious since it claimed to have state and fed included. I also found the software to lack greatly in asking questions such as have you moved, changed your name, gotten married to help which clearly doesn't apply to everyone but helps a lot when information changes along the way and information doesn't align and gets flagged repeatedly for being wrong. I definitely won't be returning to this company next year.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Complete product - even on a Mac! Help line was very easy to access and use when operating system initially identified state program as malware. Replacement program was sent and was able to finish return in minutes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Been using for years.

My return is basically a copy of last years return. This year I had issues with errors that took me hours to investigate. In the end I sent the return in with some error and crossed my fingers. The return was accepted. I'm loosing my patience with this product.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
