I purchased H&R Block Basic on-line. It was easy to Download and quickly was placed on my Computer. There were no hangups in the installation and the process was smooth. My refund was quickly processed - I - guess that really had to do with the IRS but it was an indication to me that both were working together. I will use it again and recommend to anyone.
