I have been using HR Block tax software for ~20 years (since it was known as TaxCut). It makes filing easy, accurate, and reliable, and has consistently been a superior product.

I had a capital gain on my tax return for 2022 which was correctly reported on line 7 of my 1040 form with an "X" in the box on this line indicating that schedule D was not required. The tax due as reported on line 16 was based on the "Qualified Dividends and Capital Gain Tax Worksheet - Line 16". I was able to come up with the tax due reported on line 16 by printing out a copy of this worksheet and filling in the appropriate numbers on the lines on this worksheet but it would have been preferred if I could have printed out this filled out worksheet but when I said to print out my tax return with all applicable forms and worksheets, this worksheet was not included.
I love the software capabilities and have been using it for many years. I have some concerns. 1. This year, for the first time, I was not able to submit my return for over 3 weeks due to admitted process difficulties. I had to resubmit 3 times, the last one finally worked. I wonder if my free filing count of 5 will be impacted by this. 2. This year you forced me to use Windows 10. I wonder if my submitting difficulties resulted from this requirement. 3. When printing my return, I am not able to deselect forms that I do not want to print.
