I used the software for years. Last year and this year is by far the worst. One example is when changes are made the software did not save them. There is another flaw, but at this second, I can’t remember it. I’ve always trusted this program, but really not anymore. Disappointed and so would Henry and Richard Block.

I waited for my annual Tax Cut packet and never received it. I went on line and downloaded it. I actually used a downloaded version that cost more than I needed. When i completed my daughters Tax return I found the correct version. I was disappointed that I completed an incorrect version.

It Doesn't Get Any Better Than One Click Imports.

Only one minor gripe. On the form as I'm preparing the return it says Federal Owe
and then shows the amount, but the amount is shown in parentheses. In my experience when an amount is shown in parentheses it means the amount is negative, so at first I thought that meant I was due a refund.
