I have used HR block for about 20 years. My return is medium complicated I have had no problems. It is real easy to use. I have tried other programs HR block is much better.

The first time I used this program it was not a pleasant experience. Year after year I have become more familiar with the program and it's idiosyncrasies. Now that I have learned NOT to use the pdf program supplied or recommended that came with the program I'm a happy camper.
Cons: Time consuming
