Wonderful Except for a DEADLY Bug

I've used H&R Block for more than a decade and love it's straightforward interview. BUT, there is a deadly bug in the program. If one has a 1099 issued for less than fifty-one cents, THE PROGRAM WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO ENTER IT. The rounding puts it to zero and then the E-File check says "You can't have a zero in this field".
Make the rounding ONLY operate on amounts more than fifty cents. PLEASE.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast

We use it every year. Couldn't do taxes without it! We save $$$ by not needing a personal tax consultant. 1 downside is it does not complete the charitable contribution questions in the interview. When you think you are finally done, the Accuracy Review pulls up each donation and asks how each was acquired. I don't know why this is not done in the original interview.

I've used Block products (Mac version) for over 10 years and this is the first time I have found it to be very problematic. Partly my fault for not calling support sooner, but no matter what I tried I could not get it to update properly when new IRS information was available. I ended up trying three different versions all with the same problem. I hope the 2023 edition will solve this issue.
Pros: Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using this software for several years and will continue using in the future. It's easy to navigate and works without glitches. Makes doing taxes a lot less stressful.
