Awful state tax return!

After entering all the information on the federal form and e-filing it, THEN they inform me they no longer supply all the forms I need for the state of Maryland. These are forms that were always supplied in the past. Cost me a ton of money in missed deductions. Won't be using this program anymore.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My filing Satus suddenly disappeared!

After submitting. The correction questions were not clear. It said fix "last year" but did that mean the year I was filing for or the year before? Then, my return was rejected by Federal for whatever reason. So I corrected and resubmitted. Now today I logged on to see if was accepted or not and now the Status and every thing I entered is gone. Like I never completed the forms.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Need Better "Warning" messages

I believed my Federal income tax e-filed, but it actually didn't. the software did NOT give me any big 'warning' messages or any 'red x' during the submission process. I believed it worked, but it actually never sent. I ended up successfully submitting it after the software forced an update. Please add better error messaging.

I have used H&R for 10 years now. It is easy to use and the instructions were very clear. I like having my own program on the computer and like the fact I can download the program immediately.
The price is right and my program came with the option of ordering a state program instead of including it in the price. (Live in Florida, no state income tax)
Everything is accurate and I know that I am getting the maximum refund.
I would recommend this program to anyone.
