Have been a satisfied customer since you were TAX CUT and I was using a dual floppy MS Computer.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Nobody could help me with my issues on the phone. I couldn’t understand the heavily accented Indian man and he couldn’t understand me. Terrible business model.

It has a bargain price and very easy to use. It gets even easier if you use it each year as it saves and incorporates data from the previous year's return. That saves time and headaches which would otherwise be lost looking up old files to get needed data.
